The project encompassed 5 major deliverables, including QuickBooks and OpenAI API integration, Machine Learning NLP interface for SMS interactions, Real-time managerial dashboard. Working within CEMC's ecosystem, I was responsible for the complete technical architecture, implementation, and successful delivery of this mission-critical solution.
