As Principal Technical Solutions Architect for Caesars Entertainment, I led the development of Total Rewards Kiosk Enhancement Prism Project, Enhanced Total Rewards Kiosk Gaming Vouchering System across 50 casinos allowing gaming patrons to redeem various rewards

This project represents a significant achievement in Gaming/Kiosk Systems, leveraging cutting-edge technologies including VB.NET Framework 2.0 & 4.5, C# .NET Framework 2.0 & 4.5, Optmanager, AutoHotKey, Python to deliver enterprise-scale solutions that drive measurable business impact.

Project Scope

The project encompassed 5 major deliverables, including Government & GLI Standards certification, Mobile acceptance and batch offers integration, Out of service feature implementation. Working within Caesars Entertainment's ecosystem, I was responsible for the complete technical architecture, implementation, and successful delivery of this mission-critical solution.
