As R&D Lead Computer Engineer for Navigator Group / GOSOF / RL Carriers, I led the development of RL-SMS GIS Dispatching System, In-house Fujitsu messaging and tracking system replacing Qualcomm's third party solution

The project encompassed 4 major deliverables, including Qualcomm replacement system, In-house messaging platform, GIS-based dispatching. Working within Navigator Group / GOSOF / RL Carriers's ecosystem, I was responsible for the complete technical architecture, implementation, and successful delivery of this mission-critical solution.
